What I do

Product Strategy

Find the opportunities that matter. Bring together customer needs, market dynamics and business economics to define propositions that differentiate and scale.

Product Execution

Turn strategic choices into results. Align teams and senior leaders, cut through organisational complexity and deliver important products in demanding environments.

Data & AI

Build deep insight into customers. Turn that understanding into better decisions, continuous experimentation and practical applications of AI.

Selected work

Rebuilt PayPal’s SMB mobile platform

Turned around a declining business, delivering sustained 40% YoY growth and more than $200M in annual transaction margin.

Scaled iZettle’s acquisition engine

Grew annual active customers from <50K to >500K, sustaining 20%+ YoY growth while halving payback time.

Led through multiple M&A events

Led product strategy and integration across intelligentPOS, Selz, Osu and PayPal’s acquisition of iZettle, spanning brand, domain and platform changes.

Launched new markets

Launched iZettle across Europe and North America, helping scale the business from <50K to >500K annual active customers.

Launched new products at scale

Cash Advance ($50M+ revenue), Debit Cards (300K+ cards), Tap to Pay (100K+ users) and Account Linking (1M+ linked consumer and business accounts, 30% higher eng.).

Removed complexity and reinvested

Retired iZettle subscription tiers, intelligentPOS App and the legacy PayPal Business App, simplifying the proposition and releasing $10M+ in annual cost.
